Reports indicate that the popular supermarket chain Tesco is planning to supplement its existing voice, dialup and land-line broadband services with a branded
Mobile Broadband service:

Yes, we are looking at mobile broadband along with many other moves. We havent made a commitment to it yet, but we certainly have the infrastructure."
Virgin Media recently launched its own branded
Mobile Broadband product (
here) and we suspect that anything offered by Tesco would be of a similar design.
