Vodafone UK has announced the launch of its new USB Stick Pro Modem (Dongle) for Mobile Broadband connections, which is theoretically capable of offering speeds 'up to' 7.2Mbps and has 4GB of integrated flash storage memory.

To sweeten the deal Vodafone is also offering its 3GB and 5GB data usage allowance plans for just £10 and £15 per month for the first three months, returning to £15 and £25 respectively thereafter. This offer is only applicable to those taking a 24 month contract.


The Stick Pro itself will be free when taken with either an 18 or 24 month contract, rising to £29 on 12 month plans. Vodafone has also launched a new 1GB 30-day Mobile Broadband package, although costing remains unclear.
