BT Wholesale has revealed the latest batch of 1,200 telephone exchange upgrade (Ready For Service) dates for its Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) product, a higher bandwidth network that includes support for 'up to' 24Mbps (ADSL2+) broadband services.
Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) will allow
BT-based UK ISPs to offer 'up to' 24Mbps broadband services and also underpins
BT's delayed Wholesale Broadband Managed Connect (WBMC) end-to-end service, and the IPstream Connect product.
Samknows has the full list of 1595 exchanges with ready for service dates -
HERE. We note that some RFS dates, which had recently vanished, have now been updated with nearly a full years worth of delay. For example the Hastings exchange has moved from 18th November 2008 to 30th September 2009.
