Supanet to Focus on Improving Broadband Service Quality

Supanet's new Managing Director, Steve Smart, has pledged to concentrate on improving the ISPs broadband service and support quality for customers. The provider has faced criticism for its performance in the past, although recently the situation has been improving:
Supanet launched a new range of bundled voice and broadband packages last month, the details of which can be found here. Orange also recently pledged, for the second time, to follow a similar course of action by enhancing services for existing customers with the hope of limiting churn.
Supanet MD, Steve Smart, said: "Ultimately it's about improving quality of service and levels of customer service. The customer is at the centre of everything we do. We will offer a quality product at an appropriate price, supported in a way our existing and future customers can understand."
