Tiscali UK has today confirmed to us that they are to make a key change in outsourced partners, moving some of its customer operations activities with Careline to Transcom:
Statement to ISPreview: "Following our strategic deal with the leading Global Customer Operations company Transcom, we will be moving some of our customer operations activities currently outsourced with Careline to Transcom."
The move is believed to be part of the ISPs wider restructuring, which started last year (
here) and involves a three-year multi-million Euro agreement with Transcom WorldWide S.A.
Transcom will now manage the provision of Customer Relationship Management and collection services, which includes technical support, customer care, billing and credit control services. The whole process could take several months.
