Vaioni Offers Wholesale 2Mbps Leased-Lines for £3.5k

Business ISP Vaioni claims to have broken the cost barrier once again by offering 2Mbps leased lines from £3500 +vat to wholesale resellers; not to be confused with their earlier 'Retail' product:
We note that their website does not yet appear to reflect the new price.
This is based on a wires-only service handed off as a VLAN over an interconnect to the wholesale resellers network.
Vaioni says: "We are bringing real wholesale prices to resellers who are crying out for better prices on fixed circuits. The 2mb Leased Line service is a proven and reliable service based on Telco networks and STM1s, so takes away the perception of this being based on a broadband based service."
