Manchester-based business ISP Vaioni has launched a new unbundled (LLU) low contention (10:1) 'up to' 20Mbps downstream and 2.5Mbps upstream broadband ADSL2+ service from £140.99 +vat per month - 'ULTRA 20':

Vaioni says, We have launched this service specifically for SMEs, branch offices and schools which require an ultra-fast Business Class and robust ADSL service with a low contention ratio based on one of the largest LLU networks in the UK. We are one of the only ISPs offering this type of service backed with a first class support team based in the UK. At present we have customers getting up-to 19mb download and a near 1:1 contention.
There are many benefits of ULTRA 20 apart from the Business Class service and the 10:1 contention. The service is delivered as fully managed and comes with a unique SLA, of 2hrs response and 2hrs fix on the router supplied. This is the de facto for all managed internet services from Vaioni.
