Reddragon Broadband, a small ISP in Wales, has moved to remind its customers that it does not "
spy on any Internet usage". The move to reassure users is being made in the growing wake of concerns over online privacy and the Phorm system:
Unlike BTs trial that has been widely reported in the media this week affecting more than 30,000 Internet users, reddragon broadband does not monitor its customers Internet useage and will continue not to do so we believe that snooping on such customers is underhand and possibly illegal too.
Regular readers will recall that several Entanet ISP's (e.g.
Aquiss) and Zen Internet have also shunned Phorms system.
