The Independent newspaper has reported that BT's chairman, Sir Christopher Bland, has voiced concerns to Ofcom about the operators long-term investment plans in new network infrastructure.
It's believes that BT is seeking to lower the cost of wholesale ADSL to bring it in line with LLU competition. This relates to earlier news of the operators investment in LLU itself.
There appears to be a continued rift between senior BT leaders over the best direction to take.
