Hi-Speed Overtakes Unmetered Dialup

The monthly Office for National Statistics (ONS) 'Internet Connectivity Report' (covering up to July 2004) states that broadband connections (31%) have finally overtaken unmetered dialup (29%). Overall Internet connections grew by 0.2% between June and July.
