Ofcom Investigates Bulldog Contracts

It's been reported that Ofcom is currently in the process of investigating UK ISP Bulldog Communications regarding unfair contract terms, which relates to the providers 'Alltime' broadband package:
A spokesman for Bulldog - which has been dogged by network problems recently - confirmed that it was aware of the complaint and would respond in due course.
The exact nature of the complaint is unknown, although both O2 and Wanadoo UK have been investigated for similar things in the past. More @ The Register.
