Zen Internet has recruited six additional staff to assist in the expansion of its Partner Programme (businesses that resell
Zen Internet services):
The new team will contribute greatly to Zen's overall company expansion strategy and will focus on developing current partnerships and also working with new partners. Commenting on these expansion plans, Stephen Warburton, business development manager said: "Our partnership programme is incredibly important to us and by adding to our team, we will be able to nurture these relationships so that they work successfully for both us and our partners."
He continued: "Our existing Partner Programme team is always on the look out for new companies to partner with, but this has been limited by the fact that they are only a small team. With the addition of new team members, we hope to be able to expand our Partner Programme significantly."
The expanded Partner Programme team will aim to assess requirements for client proposals and recommend solutions, and will also identify potential new accounts. As a result, Zen hopes to develop the structure of the programme and maintain its long-term growth and success. Zen will be recruiting three new partner account managers, one partner training co-ordinator, and two people for the new role of partner account executives, who will look at creating appointments and organising meetings for managers.
