ADSLGuide reports that the increasingly competitive market seems to have forced BT into cutting the cost of its Broadband Basic 512Kbps package from £19.99 to £17.99 per month. Typically there's still a 1GB cap, yet the free modem and activation make it a valid entry level choice.
