Wisesurfer has issued a press release announcing the 21st May launch of its new broadband ADSL services using Datastream, which is separate from BTs core IP Stream alternative:

UK ISP Wisesurfer today announces advanced plans to launch a new suite of ADSL services designed to meet the requirements of residential and SME customers alike.
Delivered via Datastream and due for launch on the 1st July, but orders can be taken as of 21st May. The services will initially encompass 50:1 contended services at 256k, 1Mb and 2Mb and an a 256k 20:1 contended service.
These services will compliment the existing product set based on standard the IP Stream service suite. Other services will follow soon.
All Wisesurfers ADSL services will be competitively priced as follows to further stimulate growth in the ADSL market, especially for bandwidth hungry home users with the launch of the higher bandwidth services.
