UK ISP Legend Internet has today celebrated the introduction of their new broadband ADSL product, Go-Legend, which costs a respectable £23.48 inc. V.A.T per month:
HISTORIC INTERNET MILESTONE FOR LEEDS
Leeds will make broadband history today when the UKs one-millionth ADSL; connection will be made to a local community group, the Winrose Project. The BT Wholesale ADSL service has been supplied through Bradford based Internet Service Provider, (ISP) Legend.
Legends Sales Manager, Mark Cowgill, said Obviously we are proud to be involved in helping achieve this milestone in Broadband connectivity within the UK. With the ever increasing demand from businesses and home users for faster and more reliable Internet access I am sure it will not be too much longer until we see the second millionth customer.
He also went on to say As a company whos main offices are based in West Yorkshire, it was really nice to see this milestone happen within our own county, as we supply Broadband all over the UK it really could have been anywhere
Legends customer, The Winrose Project is for housing support workers and is part of Belle Isle North Limited in Leeds.
Legend has also announced today the launch of their dedicated home user service Go-Legend very own broadband for home users. This service is exclusively available from http://www.go-legend.net and is priced at £23.48 (£19.99 ex vat) per month.
