UK ISP V21 has, following the continued complaints about VitalData, offered any remaining and or troubled vISPs a FREE move to their own platform:
The news from users that they are having serious issues with Vital Data and their associated VISP's one of a surprise to V Two One. The ISP who also run their own Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP) platform offered all of the troubled Affinity VISP's the chance to move across to a tried and tested system free of charge, when it emerged that the Affinity Internet Holdings group had dramatically collapsed without notice.
A few of the Affinity VISP's took up this offer and are now back up and running successfully and have continued building their company. The VISP's that chose our service have gone from strength to strength building upon their already extensive customer base.
