The latest report from eMarketer has suggested that 86 Million homes will be connected to broadband (worldwide) by the end of 2003, with 41 Million coming from Western Europe by 2005!:
The report predicts that home broadband penetration will grow from 57m in 2002 to 154m in 2005.
With 22 per cent of US homes expected to have broadband by the end of the year, Western Europe lags a little behind.
