BT Yahoo! Suffers Further E-Mail Woe

Once again a "few" thousand BT (BTOpenworld) ISP customers have been hit by an e-mail glitch, which prevented users from accessing their mail and caused BT to halt its migration to the BT Yahoo! platform:
The snag - which meant that users were unable to access their email - raised its head on 8 March, was resolved a couple of days later only to reappear almost immediately.
BT finally sorted the problem on 16 March, a full eight days after the incident first cropped up.
According to BT, it was just a "small problem" that affected a few thousand users.
Things have supposedly now been resolved, allowing migration to continue. It wasn't long ago that BT's spam filter caused a similar problem. More @ The Register.
