Post Offices To Gain Internet Kiosks

Posted: 03rd Jan, 2004 By: MarkJ
The Federation of Sub Postmasters is reportedly working on a new plan to offer free Internet kiosks in some or all of the UK's 18,000 sub post offices:

Customers would be able to shop online, pay bills and search for local information via touch screens inside the special kiosks.

The Ananova item reports that it's still early days for the proposals and further details should be revealed soon.
