Broadband Quest has just become the latest ADSL offering ISP to enter the UK market. Packages (512Kbps to 2Mbps) cost from upwards of £22.99 per month:

Broadband Quest introduces a new, low cost broadband service for homes and businesses in the United Kingdom.
BroadbandQuest's goal is to provide homes and businesses in the United Kingdom with a reliable, competitively priced ADSL Broadband connection to the internet.
Their packages comply with current industry standards having contention ratio's of 50:1 for the Home Broadband and 20:1 for the Office Broadband. BroadbandQuest offer a choice of 5 different packages ranging from the Home 500 (500kbps) through to the Office 2000 (2Mbps). These are competitively priced with savings of up to 40% when compared to other broadband providers in the UK.
To compliment this service BroadbandQuest are also able to supply fixed IP addresses, Microfilters, Modems and Modem Routers.
