Menlo Park Europe has forecast that the number of UK broadband subscribers will grow from 3 million at the end of last year to a whopping 8.8 million by 2007:
This is a compound annual growth rate of 44 per cent, above the 40 and 27 per cent that will be seen in France and Germany respectively.
