Nildram Offers BT Phone Bill Payments

Nildrams other UK ISP, Lobsterpot.net, has today become the first provider to offer its customers the BT phone bill as a payment option through BT Click&Buy:

Nildram Limited, one of the leading UK Internet Service Providers (ISP), has partnered with BT click&buy to make Lobsterpot.net, Nildrams consumer ISP, the first in the UK to offer its customers a choice of online payment options that includes the BT phone bill.
Meeting customer needs is a top priority for Nildram, and offering its customers a wide range of payment options is vital to its ongoing success.
Sean Stephenson, MD Nildram Limited said, "We are constantly looking for ways to make our ISP more responsive to our customers' needs and we are pleased to be the first to adopt this innovation in this sector."
As a managed end-to-end online payment solution, BT click&buy provides more than simple transaction processing. BT click&buy manages tasks such as chasing late, and querying, failed payments, following up chargebacks and dealing with customer enquiries, significantly reducing Nildram's administrative overheads allowing it to concentrate on delivering a superior service to its customers.
Nildram also wanted to enable payments to be regularly taken from one month to the next. BT click&buy ensures customers' payment details are always up to date, enabling recurring payments to be taken and reduced customer churn.
