UK ISP FireFly has introduced a new easy-start package, which includes activation, USB modem, filters and first month free for £59.99 (£27.99 per month thereafter):
We are pleased to extend our ADSL offerings to provide an easy-start pack including activation, USB modem, filters and first month free for an easy setup fee of £59.99 (+ P&P).
These easy-start packages are available on 512K and 1M 50:1 packages and start at a very reasonable £27.99 / month thereafter. To complement these packages, they also come with;

*Unlimited POP3 mailboxes
*Anti-spam and anti-virus email protection
*Excellent Giganews powered USENET feed
