Tiscali Launches Webcam Service

UK ISP Tiscali has teamed up with Creative (SoundBlaster) to offer special webcam hardware and an online service for the communication of video related content:
For just £40, you get two WebCam NX cameras and two microphones. Non-Tiscali members can then sign up for a free internet account to access the Video call, Video Conference, Video Email and Video Greetings features.
Each option comes with a basic tutorial that guides you through talking to others in a live chat window, composing and sending a pre-recorded video message, and creating a greetings card with a video message.
