Firenet is offering the ability to subscribe to either their 256 or 512Kbps broadband ADSL services for just £9.99 per month for the first three month (normal price thereafter). The offer is valid until the end of August 2004:

In an effort to show our constant commitment to driving down the cost of high speed broadband, for the remainder of July, through to the end of August, we are pleased to announce a special introductory offer on our ADSL 256k and 512k services.
We are offering a reduced rate of £9.99, on both services, for the first three months. (Please note, there is a minimum contractual obligation of three months)
After this three month period, prices will resume at the already low monthly cost of £18.49 for the Speedwire 250 service and £19.99 for the Speedwire 500 service.
With no usage limits, no download limits, and unlimited email addresses. This reduced rate will prove popular with broadband customers who want to experience faster connections at a more realistic cost.
