It's hardly earth shattering news, yet one of our readers (Ian) has noted how ISP AOL UK is changing the name of its unmetered dialup service from 'Flat Rate' to 'AOL Anytime'.
The change is most likely designed to streamline the overall industry lingo by utilising a commonly understood term for a type of Internet access.
Having said that, some fear it could mean that AOL may be planning to cap their dialup service. A fear perhaps born out by the promotion of a "fabulous new range of products" in the same newsletter.
Realistically there's nothing to suggest that AOL is about to cap their dialup service, although were expecting to see them launch an entry-level broadband solution very.. very soon.
