Nildram has announced the introduction of a new dslSurf500 Pay As You Go 512Kbps broadband ADSL service. Both of the 'TIME' or 'DATA usage options start at £19.49 per month, although some of the less technically minded users might find them confusing:

Broadband users looking for a quality service, at an entry-level price, can now take advantage of a simple solution - with a choice in how they wish to be charged...
Nildrams popular entry level Broadband service, dslSurf500 Classic, gains a new optional flavour with the dslSurf500 Pay As You Go account for low users. The Pay As You Go option allows customers to choose to pay a lower monthly fee and pay as you go options based on their time online, or the amount of data used - the choice is with the end user and can be changed if required.
In the four years since the launch of Broadband in the UK - Nildram have established a sound reputation for the quality of its Broadband services, as well as leading the market with innovative solutions. This new service is expected to be popular among those that have been considering Broadband and would like the best possible service - but have felt until now that their current usage doesnt justify a traditional Broadband service.
Service features are the same as the current Nildram dslSurf500 Classic service. However, Pay As You Go customers get access to usage statistics (time or bandwidth), choice of service (time or bandwidth, in 50 hour / 1GB increments) and migration between surf500 variants, or to other Nildram Broadband services via their own control panel. Additionally, to keep the user up-to-speed with their account, they will receive usage notification updates as they reach their usage limits, or the overall cap, including the ability to specify an e-mail address for messages to be sent to.
