EzAccess Launch 150Kbps ADSL

EzAccess has announced the introduction of their new uncapped 150Kbps (128Kbps upstream) ADSL service, which costs £17.99 per month and appears to have "Guaranteed service levels":
We have released a new product on to the market providing a solid broadband upgrade from single ISDN or dial-up.
The Service provides uncapped 150Kbps Down stream and 128K ~ Up stream.
It comes with all the basic ISP pre-requisites such as:
-200MB Webspace
-Unlimited email aliases
-Access to 40,000 + news groups
-Express support via the member portal
-Guaranteed service levels
-50:1 ADSL Contention*
The BT network is engineered in a certain way which means that contention never really is an issue with the IPStream product.

It's by no means the best deal in the world and 150Kbps is not something most would define as 'broadband', yet some may find it more attractive than a capped product.
