Tiscali ISP Complaints UPDATE

Out of the 10 complaints we collected last week, 6 gave permission to be sent on to Tiscali and the ISP has confirmed that they've escalated and are dealing with 5 of them. We note that several were simply trying to get their accounts cancelled, hopefully now they will.
