If you give us permission to do so and include your full name, username and complaint (as usual), then we will also try to have the issue fast-tracked and dealt with.

We've been getting more than a few complaints about the service recently, so much so that we had a few strong words for Tiscali in a private e-mail. While we await a statement next week, we also agreed to pass on any officially made reader complaints provided you give us the needed details and permission.

Please include said details and permission in the first sentence of your e-mail and above the complaint itself (more detail the better). It'll be interesting to see if Tiscali can resolve said difficulties faster this way or not.
