Supermarket store chain Sainsbury's has gone up against rival Tesco by launching its own Telco service in conjunction with the Carphone Warehouse Group.
Exact details and pricing are unknown, yet Carphone Warehouse is expected to provide a fully-managed service for the chain:
The agreement is the first one of its kind for Carphone Warehouse, which last year purchased fixed line operator Opal Telecom in order to offer consumers an alternative to BT.
