New ISDN Unmetered ISP - Surf128

Surf128 has sent us a press release announcing their new unmetered dialup ISP service, which is unique in that it only concentrates on providing 128Kbps ISDN solutions:

The economics appear to be viable and not surprisingly the business options are similar, yet with higher prices, greater surfing hours and lower contention ratios.
