Sad News - ISP Review Update

Sorry to report depressing non-ISP related news, however, the member of my family whom had been suffering from terminal cancer (see NEWS) finally passed away this morning.
This is obviously a deeply depressing time for me and so hopefully you can all understand if I'm not able to respond to e-mails or forum posts in my usual timely manor.
I'm not a religious person, but hopefully you can get broadband Internet access in the afterlife; either that or cookies.
