OnlineServe ISP Cuts ADSL Prices

UK ISP OnlineServe, which is part of TheDotComplete (EzAccess etc.) group, has today announced a new cut-price broadband ADSL package:
We have launched a new ADSL option which will provide FREE ACTIVATION and a FREE ADSL MODEM for £26.99 a month.
This offer provides a saving of over £130 compared with other packages available on the market. The service is aimed at mainly Businesses and SoHo customers.
Unfortunately at the time of writing we are unable to resolve any of their websites; not a good start, although it's happened before.
