BTO Links With Natwest & Learndirect

Posted: 18th Nov, 2003 By: MarkJ
UK ISP BTOpenworld (BTO) has linked up with NatWest to provide the bank's customers with one central point of access for high quality broadband. BTO has also teamed up with Learndirect to offer specialist training to SMEs:

BT OPENWORLD AND NATWEST INVEST IN INTERNET DEAL FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES

BT Yahoo! Broadband CD Discs will be available in all NatWest branches nationwide and will give customers access to the new service. The features include intelligent personalisation - understanding what customers want and tailoring content accordingly, plus a whole host of advanced security services including anti-spam and anti-virus email protection, a free firewall, and the best the net can offer with news, sport and entertainment services.

The site is the first ever fully co-branded BT Yahoo! Broadband site within the financial sector, distributed within a retail/branch environment. Going live on November 18, the deal will also include access to dial-up internet packages, BT Yahoo! Anytime and BT Yahoo! Pay-as-you-go, launched today.

BT OPENWORLD LINKS UP WITH LEARNDIRECT TO OFFER BUSINESS TRAINING PROGRAMMES

BT Openworld, the UK's leading business ISP, is teaming up with learndirect, the UK's largest e-learning network, to offer specialist training to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

learndirect has developed an exclusive range of management courses to help BT Openworld Business Internet Services customers improve the day-to-day running of their organisations. The courses have been specifically designed to improve skills such as motivation, leadership, time and performance management, and budgeting.
