BTs broadband wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) hotspot ISP, BTOpenzone, has begun offering companies a free Openzone installation at their headquarters:
To qualify for the plan, companies must sign up for a minimum of 50 users. They must also sign up for an appropriate sized bundle of minutes, depending upon their expected usages.
BT said that the new service provides an alternative to fully serviced hot desks with extensive cabling, which will save them money, improve logistical support and allow customers to maximise time between meetings.
As part of a special introductory offer, BT will offer companies signing up for 50 users with three months unlimited usage for £5 per user per month. After that it will charge an ongoing cost of £5 per user per month plus usage charged at 5p per minute, with up to 15 free minutes usage, per user, included as part of the bundle.More @
