ActiveWare System Failure Hits Users

UPDATE: It's reported that the problem has now been resolved. UK ISP ActiveWare has just informed us that they've suffered a major system failure, which has affected website access, authentication (login) servers and e-mail. Typically exact details are not yet known:
Activeware System Failure
Unfortunately, Activeware has had a system failure this morning (since approx 11.45am on 3rd October 2003).
This is affecting:
-Website Access (Activeware.co.uk)
-Radius Servers (You will not be able to get online)
-Email Servers (smtp and pop3)
We are currently working flat-out to get these servers back online
