Vispa has sent along a new service update regarding their relocation to larger self owned offices and its effect on services. The update also informs people that their support systems may suffer interruptions:
Vispa Relocation - Final Phase
As many customers who read our community forums will be aware by now, Vispa is moving shortly into new larger Vispa self owned offices which for the past few weeks a team of people and Vispa staff have stripped, smashed, converted, developed, decorated (well James did try :P ) and enhanced for our own requirements.
This is a very exciting time for Vispa as the move shows continued growth in the company, the second move in just 12 months and well ahead of our own expectations and plans.
Vispa's new offices have been designed and equipped to take into account the atmosphere and work ethics we convey, as well as improved sales and support services, which arguably are already industry leading, but we have no intention of giving that crown to a competitor :)
All in all our new base will improve the teams ability to react and push forward, ensuring we stay ahead. Exciting times indeed, and I am glad you are part of it.
Phone Support during move:
All users should be aware that on Friday 26th September through to Sunday 29th September, Vispa's phone system will be unavailable while all our lines and switchboard systems are migrated to our new Offices by BT. Calls during this time will be presented with an information message.
Email Support during move:
Email support will be operating (though expect slight delays in replies) during the move. Our actual server equipment is housed in our suite at Telecity, Manchester, therefore all services will remain in operation while personnel and equipment are moved.
Thanks for your time.
