UPDATE: It would appear to be a clone of Telco4u, we've thus merged the details. We're unsure whether this service is actually new, although it's the first time we've heard of it. Telco Global (aka - Lower Phone Bill) offers £24.99 per month broadband ADSL and an unmetered dialup service that gets cheaper if you make more voice calls.

The broadband service is also running a free connection offer worth £70, although you'll still need an ADSL modem (£49.99).

The standard unmetered dialup price for basic 24/7 surfing is £14.99 per month, although if you make £20 worth of voice calls in the same period then that drops to £12.99. Make £30 worth of calls and it'll only cost £11.99:
