We've been desperate for fast internet for 11 years as we've been stuck on sky broadband (up to 20mb connection but was actually around 8mb). Like most people I'm sure, this has been a challenge now working from home. When 1310 advertised that they were thinking of placing fast internet here, I literally hounded them haha. Despite multiple phone calls, they were extremely patient and helpful. When we saw the technical guy installing it next door, we asked if he could slot us in early and the poor fella worked until around 8pm to get us in. The install was super efficient and he really took care in making it all tidy (I'm a little OCD with wires). We opted for the 500mb speed and honestly speaking, it's been a dream, we're averaging around 300-400mb on wireless and around 450-500mb wired. It's worlds apart from what we are used to, no buffering or waiting days for 4gb game updates. We had one small issue with the password after installation and after phoning, it was fixed in seconds, it's so nice to speak to a person on the end of the line instead of waiting half hour listening to some poor music.

So it's safe to say, I would definitely recommend 1310! :)

Having recently switched from BT, which was overpriced for the level of service and speed, turning to 1310 was so simple with great customer service! That coupled with the reasonable pricing and a great product makes an easy choice for selecting an Internet Provider for every occasion in the future. Highly Recommended.
