I started using B4RK because of their willingness to accept a challenging order where an Openreach database issue had been preventing an FTTP install for years.
Since then I've used their service at two more places: another FTTP line and an FTTC line.
Communication was efficient from order through to completion. Even when things go wrong: The copper FTTC line developed a fault; reporting the issue and arranging an Openreach visit was painless.
I would recommend to others.
