I\'ve been with ICUK since escaping the clutches of Biscit a few months ago (although my reseller, Naims, were fine themselves). I\'ve had very good support since then from ICUK, with almost instantaneous email responses to any queries. I\'ve just moved over to one of their new data packages too, and am pleased with that.

I\'ve been a relatively light data downloader up till now, although with the new package I may listen to the radio a bit more.

Generally speaking, a very helpful and reliable provider, with what has so far been a mostly steady connection. If things stay like this, I shall be quite happy.

ICUK offer a good ADSL service, amongst other things.

Telephone support is excellent.

I\'m on 1MB so can only comment on lag (30-35ms to ping test google.co.uk

Cost is more than the average but well worth it for the support.

Having finally given up on the joke that is Tiscali I chose ICUK after having read good reviews of their service.

I\'ve now been with them for 7 weeks and they are superb! As has been said here already, a breath of fresh air! Great speeds (I\'m getting near 7Mb) day or night, no notable bandwidth throttling or traffic shaping. Contrary to another review here there ARE limits but ?25 for 20GB is a great deal - note though I got caught out as this is traffic in both directionst.

Support is amazing - friendly and helpful replies to my e-mails out of hours.

I wish I could find something bad to say to balance the review but so far its all good :)

The best thing about this ISP is that if you have any kind of problem, you can ring them up and actually speak directly to a human being. What\'s more, you can often get through to the MD himself!! Brilliant service!!

as the title shows, yes i was recently with icuk. and please don`t take this one down because you don`t like what i say and my score, this site is fast becoming a farce

You have to be with the ISP to review it. Shame you didn\\\'t review it while still a paying customer! ...well there you go thats what i get for shooting me mouth off before reading the rules

ICUK have been brilliant so far. The support is the best I have ever experienced - dial and speak to someone normal. No irritating menus. No Indian call centres (I run a business in Bombay but that doesn't mean i want their help for my internet problems in UK!). Migration was easy. I was constantly updated and they battled hard on my behalf to rid me of bulldog and migrate during the Christmas period. I use the internet professionally (make websites, games etc) and I recommend ICUK. They offer one of the most personal services out there. Just hope they can keep up with the high demand they so obviously deserve

Migrated back from ADSL max woes with another supplier. Gone back to a good solid 1 meg connection. Seamless changeover and excellent speeds.

After hitting poor and unreliable speeds on ADSL Max with another supplier I decided to go back to ICUK as they have now sorted their download speed problems out. I was not disappointed either, a smooth painless changeover and better speeds than I was getting on the poor max service. Well pleased !

My experience with ICUK for anyone who is considering them:
I switched to ICUK recently and then suffered from an intermittent connection problem caused by some faulty wiring.

Throughout this, ICUK were first class, going through all the options and possibilities via email and each email i sent received a prompt (sometimes within minutes) response, from the same chap who knew all about our problems. They arranged for a BT engineer to call round and eventually everything was sorted.
I changed isps originally because of bad experiences with customer service, and have found icuk to be a breath of fresh air. Broadband as it should be!

Ideal if you want a no-fuss broadband.
No download LIMITS at all!!
