Not only are Exa's services of an exceptionally high standard in terms of speed, reliability, and functionality, but the customer and technical support teams without doubt are the best that we have come accross. There are no call queueing systems so you are put through to the person you need to speak to instantly, and that's the person in the office, not someone in a call centre. What's more, if you have a problem or need something changing, it's usually done by the time the phone call is ended which is fantastic.
