The bad...
If you require installation ANYWHERE but the nearest wall to the street they bring up a £150 fee nonsense. After I told them to forget it so they decided to wave the fee, It was only another 3 meters to where I needed it.
The engineers text me the wrong wifi password for the wrong router so couldn't connect. I had to phone to get that, then phone again to get password for the router to I could change my wifi password, very strange system.
I could never get the WIFI booster to work right.
I have packet loss and a completely saturated segment.. I gathered as much evidence as I could and emailed it all over. The only response was a brief email saying that "stats you are seeing are in line with what we would expect to see"?!.
Now it's got unstable latency too.
This means it's useless for gaming.
After a few days of zero communication I phoned them to ask what was happening about our phone number being ported to grain from our old isp. They realised that nothing had been started at their end, so now I'm paying for two ISP's while they get on with it. ( you have to have both accounts active to port telephone numbers)
Router is only WIFI 5 (AC).
The good...
Speeds via Ethernet cable are spot on so far, but there is NO speed guarantee so that could change.
It's relatively cheap.
