First of all this ISP uses TalkTalk network where possible.

I signed up with this ISP as a temporary solution when i moved to a new house while i waited for Fibre to be enabled in the area.

Initially i was getting the top end speeds predicted for where i lived, however i began to hit problems. Initially a fault was identified on the line which was fixed by openreach however ever since i had regular dropouts, i have had numerous calls with tentel to the point where i was known. TO help resolve issues my profile was changed a couple times to offer stability.

I can not fault the friendly support and quick response time when i call them. However the reliability of the service i received just didn't match their customer service.

Router received was a very basic speedtouch. I ditched this in favour of my own to improve wifi in the house. I only used it when troubleshooting with tentel.

Overall great short term contracts, great customer service. However Let down by a un reliable connection.
