Searched ISP Review for a good broadband company and selected Unchained. It was a great choice as the installation was quick, and professional, modem arrived a bit late, but as promised it was an easy set up and BINGO we were on!! Keith is fantastic to liaise with as he tracked the modem delivery and even tracked when we were able to connect!! Helpful, professional and the best choice for ISP we could have made. It is early days, as we have been with them for 1 week, but I am really impressed...glad that I selected this company!

Great service rom Keith, always on hand to help out and work through the issues. Was kept up to date every step of the way in the provision of the leased line and can't be happier with the speed and service

I cannot rate Unchained ISP highly enough. From the day I placed the order, Keith has added a personal touch you just don't get with some ISP's. It's fair to say I've been through a few ISP's small and big so it's taken a while to find one that does exactly what I need.
Low latency, great throughput and very high uptime at a reasonable price. Having constant quality monitoring is a massive bonus too. Top-notch ISP, Highly recommend!

I don't generate a lot of traffic and it's early days yet, but startup went smoothly and without any hitch.

Great support from Keith who listened and engaged with all my concerns during the whole process. All the information I needed was given at the right time without dumping it on me in one go.

I've been with Unchained for a year and they are by far the most reliable and performant Internet service I've ever had. The FTTP ordering and install was excellent, as was the support with initial router configuration and connection. Sessions remain solid for months at a time with all stats available in their customer portal, far superior to that of my previous tv-bundled broadband package.
Customer support is amazing: I think the tickets I've raised have been responded to, usually by Keith, in about 10 minutes.
All this at very reasonable price for a package that includes a static IP on a reasonable contract term.
If you rely on high quality, stable Internet access for work (like I do) then Unchained are definitely the way to go.

If it wasn't for ISP Review, I would've never come across Unchained ISP and I couldn't be happier that I've signed a contract with them.

Customer service was superb from Day 1 - responses were timely and detailed. Keith is great to work with.

After some slight confusion around configuring my Netgear Orbi RBK753 with the service (no VLAN tagging if using the Openreach modem) -- the PPPoE session authenticated successfully and the sync speeds are awesome.

DL 329.6 Mbps / UL 49.9 Mbps which translates to a 'real-world' speed of about 5 Mbps less - though this is a reflection of my home network setup, thick walls and using a wireless backhaul only.

Coming from regular FTTN/C services from BT and Vodafone, the speed boost has been a boon.

Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

I remember the days of ringing BT/Sky/Virgin Media and explaining that I had anything other than a basic open their box and plug it in network and being told that it was my fault the internet wasn't working. Even when a car was stuck in the relay box at the end of the road taking out all the phone lines to the street.

Unchained couldn't be more different. Got a slight speed dip over listed? They're on the docs and forums for your gear, with you, finding solutions and getting you what you pay for.
