Title: 1st rate
After being with a number of ISP's over the years. I have yet to fault the level of support shown me in the 3 years I have been with them.

Ok there has bee a couple of hic-cups such as the time I decided to move to their ADSL2+ package from the ADSLmax package I actually went from a rock solid 3Mb down to a flakey 2Mb down.

And then being miffed I had lost £47.00 to go back to IPStream rather than Datastream.

However whilst moving house they where very helpful and although I live in a very rural area I am still pumping 2.5 to 2.9 Mb so no complaints on the speed issue

Support when needed (on the odd rare occasion) has been prompt and above all correct.

Enta that I am going through at the moment via viv does seem to be struggling a bit so I may revisit a move over to ADSL2 if and when it gets too bad.

Otherwise A decent thumbs up from me.

And will stay with Vivaciti if they can continue to supply me with my basic requirements.

I am the Vivaciti 75GB LLU service which uses the Tiscali Tails as a connection point. Other than the connection point Vivaciti manage all aspects of the connection.

I get download speeds of 10m/bit and upload around 0.90 m/bit.

The ping times are fantastic for xbox gaming and the general speeds are great.

Support is also first class with a group of people who actually know what you are talking about when you call.

Top job!

I have been with vivaciti for several years and though speeds are ok where they fall down badly is with customer support. I have asked for support 3 or 4 times and not once have i got the answer without a huge amount of hassle. basically they seem to assume that you are an expert and should kbnow the answer already or refer to sites or links without being clear where they are or what you should do. i have always had to threaten to leave before i get a proper answer, usually they phone you in a panic to get you to stay with them . but I've had enough now. After asking for help 3 times yesterday and getting obscure and irrelevent answers I find i am blocked fromn accessing any of their sites.

Migrated to Vivaciti in April 2009 when the ISP I was with at the time said they were shutting down.
( Pulse Gaming for those who may have also been with them )
Initially thought it was an April Fools Joke.. but they were serious as their forums and emails explained why.

Signed up for one of Vivaciti's office packages and haven't had a problem since.. speeds are good all round.
Thoroughly recommend them as they offer great support when needed.

Title: Spot on
Well praise where praise is due Vivaciti via Murphx is the best isp i've been with , i left Demon crap and joined adsl24 via Entanet that was fine for a few months untill Enta brought in all their stupid flags ect, so I decided to join that O'bit Surfwise and that was as bad as Entanot so Vivaciti put me on their 8 meg home premium last June and it's been perfect, no complaints at all, Highly reccomended :)
our village has no LLU or 21cn so if your stuck with only Market 1 then Vivaciti/Murphx is the way to go

Since migrating from ADSL24 (utter pants) to Vivaciti on a non-Enta service I have had consistently good service and the support staff were a great help on the one occasion I needed them.

Though I am using the Premium Home service which is slightly more expensive than some, it is an excellent product which always gives full speed and no latency issues. In this case you get what you pay for.

Well i migrated to Vivaciti on the 8th from Enta after their throttling shenanigins and what a difference, admittedly i am now on LLU (75GB package via Tiscali tail)but speed is constant 24/7 so far, will report again in a month.
Had a few doubts about a service using anything to do with T but shouldnt have, Vivaciti run all the main connection.

Support has been good when needed via their own forum,pre-sale enquiries answered in good time and after sales queries sorted as well.
Give them a try especially if LLU options are limited.(no Be/o2 sky for me)
Also worh noting that the LLU showed as unavailable to me after previously saying it was,a message to Vivaciti sorted this and migration down time was around 20 minutes.

been here a while, was on a home account but speeds got bad so was moved to a new account with a bigger limit

things were great for a while but then it was worse than before. slow speeds, packetloss, p2p wouldnt work, newsgroups were slow.. what a nightmare

line has been on and off for last two weeks and their phone support has not answered my calls. what is it with resellers and phone lines, i was with titandsl and they never answered theyre phones eithr

have put a cancellation in and now using a mobile broadand which is much faster and does not disconnect every 5 secs

i'd avoid these people poor service and support
