On Sunday afternoon 28 June (2026) Toob service went down in my area. Some optical outage [ led “Optical” solid red on the ONT Adtran ] . 2 days later we are still none the wiser, still no service, no one from Toob has shown up yet. If you want to reach them, you have to wait about 30 minutes and you get nothing anyway on the phone, just soothing words. What kind of service is that ? Very disappointing. Plus the fact that I was forced months ago to pay for a fixed WAN IP to fix problems caused by their GCNAT architecture. They squarely refused to let me have this free, even though it is clear that the problems I encountered ( mainly with MAC laptops ) stem directly from the GCNATs. I don’t recommend Toob at all. Terrible..
