Been with IDNet just over two years and very pleased with the ASUS router supplied and subsequent mesh node (also ASUS). WiFi is strong throughout the house enabling 4K movies to stream/download incredibly fast. Game files load in minutes rather than overnight.
Speed to the router is always as advertised ( I check every so often) and there have been very few drop-outs, although when these occur, the router doesn't seem to reconnect very quickly and a manual reboot does the trick much faster.
Just been offered to re-contract for a further 24 months and at the same price and with no annual increases (unlike most of the others)
Very pleased.
