I noticed they had recently charged me £80 which startled me, when I challenged it they informed me it was a Mcafee security subscription add-on which I had never used, wanted or activated! And to my disappointment they initially only offered a partial refund. I had also recently renewed for 24 months and my documents said I would be charged £30.40 a month, however when I checked they had actually been charging me over £38! Apparently they'd launched a tiered paid customer service plan and autoenrolled me! Firstly I would have thought all customer would be entitled to the same level of service and secondly you would expect that to be factored into your plan cost!
Unfortunately these combined experiences have left me with very little trust for the way they manage their billing processes and it all felt opaque. As far as I was concerned they'd lost my trust and lost me as a customer however when seeking a resolution to leave they denied. I don't trust them at all and regret signing up. Also separately when I've had technical issues they'll do the absolute minimum over the phone and are very reluctant to send out a technician.
